How much will I expect to earn? Your pay will be determined upon your level of experience, length of placement, time of the year (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays) and whether you are a Limited company / sole trader. Our pay scales are arguable one of the most competitive throughout the industry, so you can be assured that we won’t be beaten on price. We offer to match or beat any rates that you are being offered with any other agency, guaranteed.
How will I be paid? You will be paid directly into your account by BACS.
How often will I be paid? You have the choice of being paid either weekly or at the end of the month, whichever is more convenient for you. We operate weekly payrolls, so, for example, if you work on a Sunday and submit your timesheet to us on the Monday, you will be paid on the Friday.
Do I need professional indemnity? We require all our doctors to have their own professional indemnity insurance, preferably one from either the MDU or MPS.
Why so much compliance with various documents? The UK healthcare industry has moved towards requiring much higher levels of compliance and background checks on all healthcare professionals. These measures should be seen as positive as they raise the standard of the industry and protect those most vulnerable.
What happens when I refer a friend? We offer a wide variety of incentives and promotional offers for individuals who refer their fellow colleagues / friends to work through our agency. In the past these have included: - grants towards further / higher education degrees; bursaries towards relevant research / audit projects and sponsorship of membership fees and travel expenses to a number of conferences all over the world. We will take into account the level of work both you and those whom you have referred have made in considering your application. Please ask a member of our recruitment team for further information.
